In my spare time, I'm studying for an MA in Creative Writing at the UEA. It's great fun, but I've found writing academic essays a bit of a shock - due to a misspent youth and a rather bizarrely run undergrad degree, it's something that I've managed to get away with until now.
Anyway, I now know that citations can be a pain in the arse. Last month, I started using Zotero, a Firefox add-on for citation management and it works a treat.
It doesn't make writing the things in the first place any easier though...
